A demi-sec natural sparkling wine, made from Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris and Riesling from Alsace. This is a high quality négoce with organic winemakers who share the same values: Jean Marc Dreyey and the Goepp Estate in Heiligenstein. Grapes harvested by hand with small crates. Vinification: direct pressing, fermentation in vats, maturation in stacks for 6 months, and disgorgement at the end of April 2020. ZERO additives from grape to bottle.
