Alsace
Fresh nose carried by notes of pear, citrus fruits, a hint of thyme, mineral backbone. The palate is fluid, really easy to drink, crisp and fresh.
Blend of Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc and Riesling produced from grapes purchased to organic viticultors. This cuvée was produced through the negociant business of the Dietrich brothers, the grapes were bought in Alsace. Manual harvesting and natural vinification, without inputs, aging in stainless steel tanks, blend of vintages. Bottled without fining or filtration, without added sulfites.
