Blend of Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc and Riesling produced from grapes purchased to organic viticultors. This cuvée was produced through the negociant business of the Dietrich brothers, the grapes were bought in Alsace. Manual harvesting and natural vinification, without inputs, aging in stainless steel tanks, blend of vintages. Bottled without fining or filtration, without added sulfites.

Jean Dietrich
Pierre and Jean (as in Maupassant’s novel but better) Dietrich (phew!) are the two brothers at the head of Domaine Achillée in Alsace, which they took over in 2015 following their father Yves.
