An intense and aromatic nose, with notes of quince, Mirabelle plum, citrus fruit, bergamot, yuzu and mandarin... The palate is tonic and long, with lively acidity providing perfect balance, topped off by a salty finish.

Riesling from vines acquired by the estate in 2019, planted on a marly-limestone terroir in the Grand Cru Furstentum, and currently in conversion to biodynamic viticulture. The gently sloping parcel receives optimal sun exposure, the vines are pruned short to keep the yields low, and the grapes harvested by hand at optimal maturity. Natural vinification without any additives: direct pressing, fermentation with indigenous yeasts, 8 months of maturation in stainless steel tanks on gross lees. Bottled without fining or filtration, and zero sulphur.
