A 100% Pinot Noir cuvée from young vines farmed organically and planted on a vein of clayey soil in the town of Dambach-la-Ville. The grapes are handpicked of course, followed by natural vinification: 8 days of carbonic maceration, and six months maturation in vats. Bottled in March 2021 without filtration or fining, and zero sulphur!
Léo Dirringer, child of the 1992 vintage, is a young Alsatian winemaker with a bright future. His parents' estate, Domaine Ruhlmann Dirringer, is located in Dambach la Ville, along the beautiful route des vins d'Alsace .
