An atypical blend: 70% Merlot, 15% Pinot Noir and... 15% of the lees from all the other cuvées made at the estate! Natural vinification: 10 days of carbonic maceration in 2400-litre barrels, with the Merlot entirely covered by the Pinot Noir grapes. After gentle pressing, and maturation in barrels that have seen several wines, the additional lees are incorporated and blended with those of the other two grape varieties just before bottling. ZERO sulphur.
