Chardonnay from 80-year-old vines farmed organically on a 20-ares parcel at the Le Trézin vineyard site. This is one of the highest vineyards in the Puligny appellation, at the top of the Blagny hill, reaching an altitude of over 300 metres, with the top of the parcel bordering by forest. Harvesting is done by hand, with micro yields. After direct pressing, the wine is vinified and matured 10 months in 400 litre barrels that have seen several wines. Bottled in June 2021 without fining, filtration or added sulphites.
