A cuvée of Gamay from the Beaujolais region, from vines farmed organically and planted on soils of granite and blue stone. Therefore, this is technically a high quality négociant wine, made with grapes from winemakers who share the same values: indeed, it was thanks to the generosity of a few vigneron friends that this stateless cuvée came to be. Vinification: destemming, maceration 15 days. Matured in vats and amphoraes for 12 months. ZERO additives from harvest to bottling. The wine is neither fined nor filtered.
