Laurent Cazottes presents us his 2016 Goutte of Prunelart passerillé. Made from an old Gaillacois grape variety reintroduced by the Plageoles family, the grapes are harvested after passerillage. This eau-de-vie, vinous, very aromatic, distinguishes itself from other grape eaux-de-vie by its spicy flavor.
