A negociant cuvée, 100% Aligoté, the grapes were purchased from an organic vineyard in the Bouzeron appellation, but classified as Vin de France by the winemaker himself. Manual harvest and natural vinification: direct press, fermentations and aging for about two years in Burgundy barrels which have seen a few wines. Unfined, unfiltered, no sulphur added.

Growing up in Beaune, he traveled through the most beautiful Burgundy vineyards from his youth, and very quickly developed a passion for wine.
