Aligoté "Miarlons du Bas" - 2020 - Tomoko Kuriyama et Guillaume Bott
Chanterêves
A few words from the winegrowers: "A nose with complex aromas of lemons and orange peel, yellow fruit, floral. On the palate: dense, concentrated and long. Powerful but slender. This is one of our favorite white wines of the vintage and we are delighted to see it evolve over time."

Manual harvest, fermentation and aging in 350-liter barrels, without new oak, for 12 months, then a second winter of aging in stainless steel vats before bottling in February. Not fined, not filtered, micro-dose of sulphur. Six barrels produced.
