A 100% Aligoté cuvée made from 50-year-old vines farmed organically and planted on two parcels: Les Précharons in Prémeaux-Prissey and La Rupille in Prissey, on clay soils. There is natural grassing between the vines, which are thinned out early in the season to accustom the berries to the sun. The grapes are harvested by hand and are carefully sorted in the vineyard and in the cellar. Vinification: direct pressing then transfer by gravity into barrels (25% new oak) for alcoholic and malolactic fermentation and 12 months of maturation followed by an additional five months in vats. Bottled in August 2019.

Morgan et Julie Truchetet
Morgan and Julie Truchetet, brother and sister, took over Domaine Truchetet from their father Jean-Pierre in January of 2019. Together, they represent the fifth generation to lead Domaine Truchetet.
