Chardonnay from 40 to 60 years old vines, grown biodynamically and planted on a 0.28 hectare plot facing East. The soil is made of white marls, very calcareous and draining, which allows the grapes to be harvested at optimal maturity. Manual harvest in small crates, controlled yields, sorting of the bunches in the vineyard and again in the cellar. Traditional vinification, indigenous yeasts, long maturation in barrels.
