A 100% Pinot Noir from 5 parcels grown on two slopes – one facing south, made up of Jurassic era clay-limestone, and one facing north, more earthy, producing more powerful wines. Estate certified organic. Vinification: whole cluster, carbonic maceration for 2-3 days, followed by 15 days in vats with daily cap punching. Matured in barrels and vats, blended in July 2018 and bottled in October. Sensible sulphite use, with a total of around 50 mg/l.
