A blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Fin, Gamay, Gamay Petits Grains... coplanted. From several parcels, of which some were planted in 1950. The estate was certified organic in 1954 and biodynamic in 1998. Yields, around 30 hl/ha. Grapes are harvested by hand, with sorting in the vineyard and on tables when necessary. Vinification: semi-carbonic with whole bunches, no extraction, maceration for 5-6 days, no sulphur. Matured in barrels for 7 months + 3 months in vats, and no filtration...
