A cuvée made from Pinot Fin, an ancient grape variety, planted in 1955 in 1964 on soils of red clay and yellow marl. The estate was certified organic in 1954 and biodynamic in 1998. Yields, around 25 hl/ha. Grapes are harvested by hand, with sorting in the vineyard and on tables when necessary. Vinification: semi-carbonic with whole bunches, maceration for 4 weeks, no sulphur. Matured for 1 year in barrels that have seen several wines + 3 months in vats, and no filtration...
