A cuvée of Pinot Noir from one of the oldest parcels of the estate, acquired in 1877, a parcel near the Grand Cru climat Grande Chapelle. The climat Petite Chapelle, ranked a Premier Cru, is also known as Ergot. A single parcel of just 40 ares. Vinification: traditional, without SO2, with indigenous yeasts and gravity... Jean-Louis Trapet is part of an extremely select circle of the 10 greatest vignerons of the Côte de Nuits.
