100% Chardonnay planted in the North of the appellation, close to the Premiers Crus, in the commune of Dezize-lès-Maranges at an altitude of 270 meters. It is a cuvée produced from purchased grapes, from organically grown vines and pampered throughout the year by Tomoko and Guillaume. Manual harvest at maturity, controlled yields. Natural vinification without inputs: soft pressing, racking into barrels, thus fermentation and maturation in barrels that have seen several wines for 12 months, without bâtonnage. Micro-dose of sulfur to protect the wine.
