100% Pinot Noir, from several parcels in the appellation, with 50-year-old vines on average grown mid slope. Vinification: 2/3 whole bunches, 3 weeks in vats, zero additives. Matured 12 months in 3-10-year-old barrels, blended then matured an additional 6 months in vats, with a light filtration at the end. 1 gram of sulphur added at bottling.
