A few words from the winegrowers: "An elegant and spicy nose, with slight notes of flint. A dense and complex color. Fine but lively. Mineral with a nice acidity."
Pinot Noir from vines managed in a sustainable way, planted on a Premier Cru located on a hillside, directly below the Premier Cru "Les Damodes", cultivated and vinified by renowned winegrowers. Manual harvest, vinification in whole bunches, wetting of the marc with a watering can, punch downs, aging in barrels of several wines for 13 months on fine lees, second winter of aging in stainless steel tank. Not fined, not filtered, just a micro-dose of sulphur. Two barrels produced.
