A cuvée of Pinot noir from vines aged 47-80 years old, planted on a clay-limestone soil facing east. The grapes are hand-harvested. In the winery: whole bunches fermented in vats 15 days, with a little cap punching. The wine is matured 18 months in barrels with 85% new oak. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is neither fined nor filtered, and bottled by gravity.
