Pinot Noir from 45-year-old vines on clayey-limestone soils, with a layer of pebbles and red clay over limestone bedrock. From a sloping, south-facing vineyard, located within a microclimate, the heat mitigated by the valley of Nantoux. Fruit of healthy organic farming, with a yield of 27 hl/ha.
