Chardonnay, from 80-year-old vines planted on a soil of white marl, facing southwest. Grapes hand-picked with small crates. Vinification: direct pressing, fermentation at low temperatures, maturation on its lees 12 months in barrels. Neither fined nor filtered, with ZERO sulphur added.
Renaud Boyer settled in 2004 in a small wing of his family’s vast domain in Meursault. Today, he is the sole actor on his 3-hectare micro-estate. He inherited vines from his uncle that had already been certified organic and biodynamic since 1986. The parcels are in Saint Romain, Puligny-Montrachet and around Beaune. His wines are made entirely without sulphur, the vinifications are done whole...All wines
