A 100% Pinot Noir cuvée made with grapes purchased from a parcel of vines at the bottom of a slope, farmed organically. The plots are meticulously cared for year round by Tomoko and Guillaume, and their team harvests the grapes by hand. Vinification: whole grape bunches are fermented for 24 days in oak vats, followed by gentle pressing to preserve the fruit, 14 months of maturation in barrels, a third of which are new oak. Neither fined nor filtered, with just a pinch of sulphur.

Tomoko Kuriyama and Guillaume Bott form the magical duo of Chanterêves. As a couple both in life and in the vineyard, they established their Maison de vins in 2011, an haute-couture négoce based in Savigny-lès-Beaune.
