100% Pinot Noir from organically farmed vines, planted in Premier Cru on brown soils with the presence of limestone stones and flint, at an altitude of 277 to 289 meters on this parcel located northwest of the village of Vosne-Romanée. Vinification: very little destemming, indigenous yeasts, two weeks of maceration with a few punch-downs at the beginning of fermentation, gentle pressing in a pneumatic press, barrel ageing for 14 to 18 months with a significant proportion of new oak.
