A Champagne made from two prized limestone parcels known for giving iodised, saline wines – even when they’re not aged in the ocean! An exceptional bottle, a festive champagne, perfect with a sea bass caught off the Isle of Ouessant’s Pointe du Raz! A genuine energy drink – better then a round of Thalassotherapy! The Man from Atlantis drinks it for breakfast…

Abyss is a brut zéro (zero dosage) champagne, a blend of 1/3 Pinot Meunier, 1/3 Pinot Noir and 1/3 Chardonnay, from the Bisseuil and Vrugny crus. It’s composed of wine from the 2014 vintage. A cuvée disgorged in July 2018, then submerged 60 meters underwater for 12 month in the Stiff Bay at the Isle of Ouessant. The estate is farmed organically and biodynamically, certified by ECOCERT and DEMETER. No chemical fertilisers, no herbicides, etc.... and the wines are vegan!
