Another dimension of Champagne... We’re talking about a cuvée of which there are only 2500 bottles, produced from a parcel of only 30 ares, planted in 1980 with only 2500 vines of Pinot Noir. The parcel is on a slope, facing south, with a very clayey alluvial soil over blocks of Campanian era chalk. The grapes were harvested in September 2009. Vinified and matured in barrels then bottled without filtration, this Champagne received a dosage of 2.5 gr/l, was aged 9 years on its lees, and was disgorged in April 2019.
