A Rosé Champagne blended primarily from Chardonnay (95%) from the Chouilly, Montgueux, and Essoyes crus and 5% Pinot Noir from the Riceys cru. Composed mainly of wine from the 2017 harvest, vinified and matured in barrels, with the Pinot vinified as a red. A cuvée disgorged in January 2020 with a dosage of 4.5 g/l. The estate is farmed organically and biodynamically, certified by ECOCERT and DEMETER. No chemical fertilisers, no herbicides, etc... and the wines are vegan!
