An Extra Brut Champagne blended from the region’s main grape varietals: 90% Pinot Meunier and 10% Pinot Noir. Primarily composed of the 2013 harvest, and grown on clay and marl-limestone parcels. The 8-ha estate has been farmed biodynamically since 1998. No chemical fertilisers, no herbicides... Disgorged in Octobre 2018 after ageing 4 years in stacks!
Françoise Bedel, with her son Vincent, cultivates 8 ha of vines in Crouttes-sur-Marne.
