The name on the bottle is an amusing one in French (sounds like “Robocop”!)… This brut, thirst-quenching cider is your perfect aperitif – refreshing, fruity, with a touch of honey and a hint of butter. Beautiful bubbles, and a long, mineralesque finish.

A cuvée that was first produced in 2017. Only one apple variety is used in this cider: the Belle de Boskoop. The trees are grown organically and planted in the mountainous region of Freiburg, mainly on cow or sheep pastures. The apples are picked by hand, followed by partial fermentation with indigenous yeasts and a coarse filtration to attain the desired amount of residual sugar. Secondary fermentation in the bottle, and just a microdose of sulphur at bottling!
