A cuvée composed of Nielluccio, Carcaghjolu Neru, Moresconu, Sciacerellu and Minustello grapes. The vines face northwest and south, and grow in a windy climate, on a clay-limestone soil. The estate has been certified organic by ECOCERT since 2002 and the vines have been farmed according to biodynamic principles since 2006. The yield for this cuvée was 25 hl/ha. The wine is neither fined nor filtered. Matured for 4 months in 6-year-old barrels.
