Cru des Agriate Rosé - 2020 - Simon Giacometti
A lot of freshness for this rosé which smells like Corsica and makes us feel like we're already on holidays! On notes of strawberry, redcurrant, garrigue, nice mineral touch. Balanced palate, fine tannic touch, rich and saline finish.

Blend: 75% Nielluccio and 25% Sciacarello from organically grown vines planted on granitic soils in the village of Casta, North of Corsica. Manual harvesting, sorting of the fgrapes in the vineyard, controlled yields. Natural vinification without inputs : direct pressing, cold settling for 24 hours, racking of the clear juice by gravity, slow fermentation in stainless steel vats, 6 months of maturation on fine lees. Not fined or filtered, bottled at the Estate with a micro dose of sulfur.
