Cuvée Sarah - 2017 - Simon Giacometti
Powerful nose carried by notes of candied cherry, undergrowth, a slight mineral touch... The palate is dense, tannins still well asserted, long finish on red plum. Interesting decanting, 30 minutes before tasting.

A 100% Nielluccio cuvée from organically grown vines planted on granitic soils in the village of Casta, North of Corsica. Manual harvesting. Vinification: total de-stemming, 15 days of maceration in stainless steel vats with daily pump-overs, blending of the free run juice and the press juice.
