A blended cuvée of Pinot Noir, Gamay and Pinot Gris, from vines cultivated organically and planted on a soil of red clay and sandstone for the Pinot Noir and black sand over petrified schist for the Gamay and the Pinot Gris. Half the grapes ferment in vats as whole bunches in layers. The other half is partially crushed, with a little cap-punching over 10 days. The juices are pressed and blended, and matured in two old barrels. Bottled with neither sulphur nor filtration.
