A blend of 90% Macabeu and 10% Moscatel from vines farmed biodynamically and planted on schist and limestone pebbles. Vinification: one week of maceration in vats, followed by gentle pressing, and six months maturation in amphorae buried in the ground. Bottled without fining or filtration, and zero sulphur.
