A nose of citrus fruits, with notes of grapefruit and kumquat... but also white flowers and a hint of honey. Palate: a perfect balance between minerality and acidity, with lovely bitter notes and a salty finish.

A blend of 90% Macabeu and 10% Moscatel from vines farmed biodynamically and planted on schist and limestone pebbles. Vinification: one week of maceration in vats, followed by gentle pressing, and six months maturation in amphorae buried in the ground. Bottled without fining or filtration, and zero sulphur.
