A 100% Chardonnay cuvée, from vines planted on a black, sandy alluvial soil at the foot of the Piccadilly valley in the region of Adelaide Hills. The vines are cultivated with zero chemicals, farmed organically and biodynamically, and picked when very ripe... The vinification is also natural and without artifice: whole bunches are pressed then fermented in 15-year-old, 500-liter barrels. ZERO sulphur added, and no filtration.
