A little piece of candy: a nose of candied fruit, blackberry, and cherry... But take note, this is no simple easy drinking glouglou wine! A racy wine, with notes of leather, a structured mouth, with well-integrated tannins, and lovely acidity that perfectly balances this nectar, all topped off by a long finish.

VAT included

A blend of 80% Cabernet Franc and 20% Parellada from vines grown biodynamically and planted on clay-limestone soils at 470 metres altitude. Vinification: fermented in amphora, with co-maceration of the two grape varieties over 6 days, and indigenous yeasts (of course), followed by 7 months maturation on lees, also in amphora. Zero sulphur added.
