A skin maceration cuvée, closer to white than orange, very delicate winemaking here... The nose: what a fruit bomb! Citrus fruits and pineapple, with vegetal, mineral, and slightly smoky notes... any more complex and your head would pop! The palate is invigorating, (like a little slap on the face), with refreshing acidity and a saline finish.

100% Chenin from vines farmed biodynamically and planted on limestone soils at 470 metres altitude north of Tarragona. Vinification: Destemming, 10 days of maceration in stainless steel tanks, pressing, alcoholic fermentation and 8 months maturation in a large amphora. Zero sulphur!
