L'Atypique - 2017 - Yoshi et Kyoko Sato
A nose with notes of clementine peels, orange blossom, rosebud, candied apricot, and a hint of candied ginger... The palate is concentrated, with fine tannins, freshness and beautiful mineral sensations on the finish. A robust wine, this cuvée calls for the dinner table – try it with Thai!
