Sato Wines

L'Atypique - 2017 - Yoshi et Kyoko Sato

A nose with notes of clementine peels, orange blossom, rosebud, candied apricot, and a hint of candied ginger... The palate is concentrated, with fine tannins, freshness and beautiful mineral sensations on the finish. A robust wine, this cuvée calls for the dinner table – try it with Thai!

Bottled on the 13th of August 2018, without fining or filtration, and a microdose of sulphur. 1535 bottles produced.
