100% Pinot Noir from 20-year-old vines farmed biodynamically and planted at 450 metres altitude on silty-calcareous soils. Vinification: 7 days of maceration in steel vats, transfer to French oak barrels that have seen several wines, followed by 6 months of maturation. Zero sulphur added.
