A blend of native grape varieties: Diolinoir, Gamaret, and Gallotta, but also Cabernet Franc, Gamay, Merlot and Pinot Noir. Vineyards planted in Fully, on the right bank of the Rhône (alluvium and gneiss soils) and on the Charrat hillside, on the left bank (limestone scree). Vines are 10 to 40 years old, farmed biodynamically, harvested by hand with small crates. Vinification: the grapes are 100% destemmed, macerated 14 days, with indigenous yeasts, and 6 months maturation in vats. A light filtration at bottling, and a micro dose of sulphur.
