Celler Escoda Sanahuja
Les Paradetes - 2014 - Joan Ramon Escoda
A natural cuvée with great purity. Nose: blackcurrant, raspberry, plum, light earthy notes and mineral finish. The palate is fluide and digestable, feels like a carbonic maceration, a glou glou wine which still manages to have a nice strructure.

Blend of 70% Grenache and 30% Carignan, "más o menos o algo así...", according to Joan Ramon! Short aging in vats, natural vinification, bottled without fining nor filtration, and always without sulphur at Escoda's. 2014: interesting aging in bottles before commercialisation.
