100% Chenin Blanc from 80-year-old vines farmed biodynamically and planted on the terroir of Conca de Barbera, at high altitude, close to the sea, in the Tarragona region. The grapes are harvested by hand. Vinification: fermentation with indigenous yeasts, followed by one week of maceration – this is getting closer to what one call an orange wine. Five months of maturation in French oak barrels that have seen several wines. Neither fined nor filtered, and zero added sulphur.
