A Pinot Noir cuvée from vines cultivated organically and planted on a soil of red clay and sandstone, in the cool valley of Piccadilly east of Adelaide. The grapes are harvested by hand when fully ripe, direct pressed and vinified without additives, then matured in old barrels. Bottled with neither sulphur nor filtration.
