A 100% Savagnin cuvée made from vines planted at an altitude of 300 metres in the village of Lenswood, in southeast Australia. The grapes are harvested by hand, macerated one month on skins in vats with indigenous yeasts, followed by 8 months maturation in barrels that have seen several wines. Neither filtered nor fined, and with only a micro-dose of sulphur.
Brendon Keys may have the look of an overgrown teenage skateboarder, but don’t be fooled – this is a vigneron to be taken seriously!
