A blended cuvée of Sangiovese, Merlot, Pinot Gris and Gamay from vines cultivated organically in the region of Adelaide Hills in southern Australia. The grapes are harvested by hand when the grapes are fully ripe, destemmed, then macerated two weeks in small barrels that have seen several wines, followed by slow, gentle pressing to preserve the fruit flavours, and maturation in old oak barrels. Zero sulphur!
