Elisabetta Foradori is located in the region of Trentin, in northeast Italy, and brings us her Lezèr Teroldego, the product of respectful, non-interventionist viticulture. Vinification: mostly whole bunches, separated by grape variety, partial carbonic maceration, fermentation and maturation 12 months in vats. A very light dose of sulphites at bottling.
