Arianna Occhipinti, a young, dynamic natural winemaker in Sicily, brings us her SP68 bianco 2018, a blended cuvée of 50% Albanello and 50% Muscat d'Alexandrie. The parcels are north facing at an altitude of 300 metres, and the grapes are treated to Arianna’s respectful approach to vinification, with a focus on freshness. Vinification: grapes are 100% destemmed, macerated 3 weeks, with indigenous yeasts, and juices handled by gravity. Matured 8 months in vats, neither filtered nor fined.
