Chardonnay Semaine 16 - 2017 - Valentin Morel
A complex Chard, fruity and mineral... On the palate: this is structured juice, with lovely acidity, body, and a long finish... Note the presence of gas, and some volatile acidity... Those who aren’t fans of this style of wine should refrain. A perfect pairing for meats in sauce.
