100% Savagnin from family-owned old vines, farmed organically on the Château-Chalon terroir. Natural and respectful vinification: direct pressing, fermentations, then two years of aging on its lees, in barrels that have seen several wines. This is a topped-up cuvée, so the style here is non-oxydative. Bottled at the Estate, unfined, unfiltered and zero sulfites added.
