“J'en Veux Encore!” the label reads – literally, “I Want More!”. One taste of this supremely easy-drinking, red berry-focused glouglou wine, and you’ll understand where this cuvée got its name... The palate: atypical, round, supple, and very fresh on the whole.
The Gavenat négociant project! The visual aspect of these bottles has created controversy in quite a number of countries, enough to suggest Jura’s most emblematic winegrower enjoys playing with the law. J'en Veux Encore! is a blend of Syrah, Grenache, Gamaret, Pinot and Gamay. Vinification: low temperature semi-carbonic maceration followed by 10 months of maturation in truncated conical vats – all without fining, filtration or addition of sulphur.
